Looking to get Tex Tan saddle?

I do not know how to position a saddle my horse / pony. What I am riding a pony in hand 12 and a large dose she shrivel slightly. Reason why I was looking for a new one because I was given to me after we our barn fire that we lost all our tack. It is not too bad on my buttocks, but it's really bad for my pony. It became really grumpy and sore. If I have to stop riding around the neck of his few weeks because of it. I show him in my English saddle, but I have not the circumference its size.
